NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE VOTING MEMBERS OF THE EAGLE CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION – 2018
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there will be a meeting of the voting members of the Eagle Chase Homeowners Association, an Illinois not-for–profit corporation on the following dates:
January 17, 2018 – General Business Meeting, Review of 2017 Budget and Expenses, Open forum for owner concerns and nominations to fill vacancies on the 2018 Board. Any owner interested in serving a non compensated three year term may place their name on the ballot for election in April. If you can not attend the meeting you may contact: Jim Schinski, Board President or Tom Benz, Board Vice President, at our website address below for further information.
April 18, 2018 – General Business Meeting, Vote for two Board Member positions and Open forum for owner concerns.
July 18, 2018 – General Business Meeting and Open forum for owner concerns. Suggestions for inclusion in the 2019 Budget.
October 17, 2018 – Vote on 2019 Budget and Open forum for owner concerns.
All meetings will be held at the Christ Community Church located at 12410 Van Dyke Road, on Tuesdays, and begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. unless notified otherwise. The facility is easily reached by driving north on Van Dyke Road, past 135th Street, approximately 1.2 miles and turning left into the parking lot. Use the main entrance.
