DUES PAID FOR SALE CLOSING LETTER

Statements of “dues paid” to the Eagle Chase Homeowner’s Association for the purpose of refinancing or the sale of your property will be issued upon request. Please E-mail or write the Board President.

For Mortgage Refinancing include the following Information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Lot Number

For Property Sale include the following Information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Your new Address
  • Lot Number
  • New Owners Name
  • Date of Sale

Statements will be processed within seven to ten days of receipt if your account is current and delivered by the Board President.  We can’t fax information directly to your lender/lawyer at any time.  You may submit your request via U.S. Mail to:
